Justin is homeless (I think) he is cold and sick and stumbles into the hallway of a building. He goes to sleep but is very sick and ends up in the hospital. Not so long ago I read a fic where Brian once a year disappeared from Pitsburgh to visit his grandmother in Ireland. One year he didn't go I think because of the bashing. Later he brings Justin with him. I loved this fic, but can't remember what it was called or who wrote it.
